Pakistan's legal system faces severe backlogs and accessibility barriers. Citizens struggle to file cases without legal expertise, language barriers prevent participation in both Urdu and English, and entirely manual workflows create delays at every stage of adjudication and appeals.
Built the Insafdaar platform with a bilingual AI intake chatbot (voice + text in Urdu/English), automated NLP-based case triage and classification, semantic advocate matching using vector embeddings and cosine similarity, LLM-assisted legal document drafting, and a full case tracking dashboard - deployed on GCP/OCI.
