Built a role-based web portal covering four primary roles: Students, Advisers, Committee Members, and Admin. Students submit structured proposals, advisers accept or request revisions, committees are formed and schedule evaluations, grades are calculated automatically from configurable weightages, and the system generates a full PDF project record per student on completion.
